April 2014 Update - Lloyds Banking Group completed the sale of its Swiss-booked private banking business to Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA (UBP) based in Switzerland on 31 October 2013. At the same time, Lloyds Banking Group completed the sale of the activities of its Miami-based international private bank to Banco Sabadell, SA.
On 4 April 2014, Lloyds Bank completed the sale and transfer of its private bank businesses in Monaco and Gibraltar to UBP.
As a result, all Lloyds Bank’s private banking operations in Switzerland have now ceased, and this web site is no longer active.
