Additional information referring to articles 12 and 25 of the Bank's General Conditions
Article 12: Conflict of interest
Referring to Article 12 (Conflict of Interest) of our General Conditions, we want to add that conflicts of interest may also arise with regard to portfolio management owing to the Bank’s own interest in selling specific financial instruments for which the Bank may receive benefits from third parties in the form of remuneration and commissions. The Bank undertakes to take all necessary steps to ensure that fair consideration is given to clients’ interests if such conflicts do occur.
Article 25: Inducements
Referring to Article 25 (Inducements) of our General Conditions, we want to add that the scale for the commissions that the Bank may receive from third parties shall be as follows :monetary funds, from 0 to 0.25% ; bond funds, from 0 to 1.00% ; equity funds, from 0 to 1.00% ; alternative funds, from 0 to 1.00% ; and structured products, from 0 to 2.00%.
The Client expressly agrees that these remunerations and/or commissions form an integral part of the remuneration of the Bank and remains its own as additional remuneration.
